Refund and Returns Policy
At FM Electronic, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with the original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
- Show no signs of physical damage, misuse, or modification.
Products returned without their original packaging or with missing accessories may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Exchanges
We will replace a product if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery:
- Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.
- Products with missing parts or accessories caused by the customer.
- Items returned after the return period has expired.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), FM Electronic will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
